KFC Menu Specialties & Unique Offerings

KFC Menu

KFC menu specialties: KFC went all-out this December to mark their 50th Birthday while giving back to the community in true KFC fashion. Kentucky Town pop-up store provided tons of festive feels including limited edition birthday menus and experiences not available anywhere else; plus exclusive KFC x Yay Abe gear; all proceeds from these sales went towards Add Hope program which provides nutritious meals to underprivileged children across South Africa.

Fried chicken giant KFC recently collaborated with local illustrator Russell Abrahams (better known as Yay Abe), to design collectable birthday buckets that celebrate its heritage and culture. These three buckets represent everything fans love about the brand – from founder Colonel Saunders and team members working at its chain to serving “finger-lickin’ goodness” every day in communities throughout their serving regions.

Another exciting addition to Kentucky Town’s limited-edition birthday menu are two items inspired by Cape Town cuisine – The Gatsby and Chachos! Both will be featured at their Kentucky Town pop-up in Canal Walk shopping centre from 7 July until 17 July. We tried the items out ourselves and awarded each an out of ten rating – The Gatsby scored highly with 8 on our scale, while average-tasting Chachos still delivered on flavor!

Add Hope is another way in which the brand strives to give back to the communities in which they operate, as evidenced by its longstanding operation in South Africa, providing over 150 000 meals monthly to children in need. KFC South Africa recently celebrated their 50th birthday by unveiling a limited-edition menu that showcases both returning items as well as brand-new ones. Available at their pop-up store in Rosebank, this special menu boasts both old favorites as well as some brand new combinations – and will even offer healthier grilled foods like their chicken wraps!

KFC Unique offerings

KFC is one of many fast-food chains offering special birthday deals for customers on their special days, such as free meals or discounts on buckets. Such promotions provide KFC with an opportunity to thank loyal customers and encourage repeat visits.

KFC goes beyond these unique offerings by hosting special pop-up events to commemorate their love of fried chicken, such as limited-edition menu items and Finger Lickin’ activities at special pop-up events. Furthermore, limited-edition merchandise commemorating these events is released.

KFC stands out among competitors as an innovative company due to its ability to integrate itself with local culture. Utilizing social media, they advertise products and events using local artists in campaigns created specifically for them by KFC itself – this initiative has allowed them to reach a broader audience while increasing brand recognition.

Recently, they utilized a local artist to design a bespoke bucket that captures the culture of their country. This bucket features a wrap, piece of chicken, small order of fries and Buddy bottle and will only be available at select locations.

KFC is committed to contributing positively to local culture through its collaborations with streetwear brands. KFC has collaborated with many local designers such as Mzwanele Fani and Morena Moletsane as well as Thesis Lifestyle from Soweto founded by Wandile Zondo and Galebowe Mahlatsi. https://www.youtube.com/embed/B5bwH1fB0f4
